The short version is: Tempo is a game made entirely of awkward QTEs, set to the theme of a counter-terrorist unit in London.
This game really doesnt convey itself very well at all via the store page. The entire game is quite literally a spattering of different quick-time events in random orderings, and nothing else in terms of actual gameplay. There exists some limited progression and a basic story, but its painfully clear almost all the games assets went into visuals. To that end, it looks great for a mobile game, but that is the only praise I can sing for Tempo. And even though the game is a one-time purchase arrangement, it seems to still use old pay-to-win mechanics, incorporating "boosters" bought with in-game money earned through mission completion , which at one point become necessary to simply not fail.
Overall, I wouldnt recommend Tempo even if it were a 99¢ release, and certainly not as a $4.99 time waster. There is simply not enough here to warrant any manner of "fun".
